2. EXECUTION
Follow plans ,Monitor daiy, Utilize any over performance & Communicate execution to concerned teams
3. ANALYSIS
Post execution analysis of cost/benefit,Planned vs actual &Root;cause analysis for underperformance.
4. BUDGET CONTROL
Insure budget is followed and utilized best, Report any budget, Pressure to minimize budget use ,Coordination,people Management
Designing/Executing Marketing Campaigns ,Digital Marketing Strategy,
Product Development Responsibilities, Departmental Support.
